Start of Construction for Thagaste Residential Care Complex
On Thursday, November 21, we celebrated the start of construction for the Thagaste residential care complex on the Mariënheuvel estate, located at Glipperdreef in Heemstede 🔨. This sustainable complex will soon offer 66 care homes for seniors with a care indication, with a particular focus on elderly people living with dementia.
Developer Gaudium Real Estate, investor Bouwinvest, tenant Kloek wonen met Zorg, and contractor Tervoort Egmond were present to mark this festive milestone.
Maikel Withaar, Director of Real Estate Development at Gaudium, stated:
